Terms & Conditions — jkt123

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jkt123 website accessible at https://jkt123.cam, including all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any future mirror domains operated by jkt123.
• "Company" or "jkt123" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses its services.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering credits awarded to a Player under a promotional offer and subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jkt123 before approving withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation into another language, the English-language version shall prevail.

Access to and use of the jkt123 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you. jkt123 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and advises against sharing Account credentials with any third party.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jkt123 support immediately via live chat. jkt123 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Account Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jkt123 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, which may result in minor variances due to currency conversion fees.

jkt123 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free environment. In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

Required Documents

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear photo or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card). Passport or SIM (driving licence) may be accepted as alternatives.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.

KYC Processing Time

Players will be notified via email and platform notification upon verification approval or if additional information is required. jkt123 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during periodic account reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Deposits

jkt123 supports deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, depending on the payment channel used.

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 50.000.000. Daily cumulative deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the Account portal. jkt123 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jkt123 will return any deposit identified as originating from an unverified third-party source, less any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account portal. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 100.000.000.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 3 business hours for e-wallet channels (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and 1–6 business hours for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, or when additional security checks are required.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where: KYC verification is incomplete; the Account is subject to an active investigation; applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been satisfied; or jkt123 identifies suspicious transaction patterns that require further review.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within 7 calendar days of being credited to the Account, unless otherwise stated. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Bonuses are awarded on a one-per-promotion, per-household, per-IP-address, and per-device basis. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse.

Bonus Withdrawal

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full and the Account has been KYC-verified. jkt123 reserves the right to cap the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings at a level specified in the individual promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the jkt123 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet slip — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. jkt123 will not reverse confirmed wagers except in the specific circumstances described below.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (MPL Indonesia) — are governed by the jkt123 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. Asian Handicap (voor bola), Mix Parlay, and Over/Under markets are subject to the standard settlement rules published in the sportsbook section.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable competition rules. Generally, if a match does not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time, all single-match wagers will be voided and stakes returned.

All content published on the jkt123 Platform — including but not limited to the jkt123 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jkt123 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jkt123.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkt123 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jkt123's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government action, or cyber-attacks.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or result postings that are corrected promptly upon identification.

jkt123's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jkt123 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jkt123 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or for the purpose of delivering Platform Services.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting jkt123 support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jkt123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit associated balances, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false registration information; identification of fraudulent or collusive behaviour; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

In the event of Account suspension for investigation purposes, jkt123 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the Player within 30 calendar days. Where funds are forfeited following investigation, jkt123 will provide a written explanation upon request.

jkt123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, via email to the registered Account address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they should cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange Account closure. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkt123 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to Players under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and jkt123 relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution in the first instance through jkt123's internal complaints procedure, accessible via live chat or by writing to the contact address below.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 calendar days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
